Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart in Bethesda is preparing to celebrate three alums making the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team.
Following the Olympic Trials, Katie Ledecky, Phoebe Bacon and Erin Gemmell were named to the Olympic team roster heading to Paris.
In honor of the three making the team, the school is planning a “red, white, and blue Olympic pep rally” on July 25.
Ledecky has won seven gold medals in her previous three Olympic, Bacon returns for her second Olympics and Gemmell is making her first Olympic appearance.
